• Account information you provide — name, agency, email, and password (stored only as a salted hash).
• Advertising & marketplace data you choose to connect — for example, Amazon Ads and Selling Partner data accessed via official APIs with your authorization, used to provide the service to you.
• Usage and device data — basic analytics such as pages viewed and approximate location, collected only with your consent (see Cookies).

• To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To communicate with you about your account and support requests.
• To understand product usage in aggregate.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with service providers that help us run AdSpark — such as cloud hosting, analytics, and payment processing — under agreements that limit their use of it, and where required by law. We do not share your advertising or marketplace data with third parties for their own purposes.

Data is processed on our hosting provider’s infrastructure. We retain account and marketplace data for as long as your account is active, and delete or anonymize it on request or within a reasonable period after account closure, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@vendaria.ai. We do not sell personal information, so there is no sale to opt out of.

We use a privacy-respecting analytics setup that stays off until you accept it via our cookie banner. You can decline non-essential cookies and still use the service. Essential cookies (for example, your login session) are always required for the app to function.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, scoped data access, rate limiting, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to issues.

AdSpark is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, additional notice.
