Terms of Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by unauthorized means.
• Do not use the service to violate any law or any marketplace’s policies or API terms.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or resell the service except as permitted by law.

When you connect a marketplace account (for example, Amazon or Walmart), you authorize AdSparkto access data through official APIs solely to provide the service to you, subject to that marketplace’s terms. You can disconnect at any time.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are described at the point of purchase. Free trials, where offered, convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel future renewals at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

The service, including its software and content, is owned by Vendaria and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of your own data; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AdSpark provides automation and recommendations to assist your advertising decisions; it does not guarantee any particular result, and you remain responsible for the campaigns and changes you approve.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vendaria will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
